That the minutes for the public meetings held on: - Tuesday, April 20, 2021; and - Monday, April 26, 2021 be adopted as presented.

That Community Services Committee Report No. 2021-06 relating to: Growth Initiatives Update be adopted as presented. Community Services Committee Report No. 2021-06 May 4, 2021 To The Council Of The Corporation Of The City Of North Bay Your Worship and Councillors: The Community Services Committee presents Report No. 2021-06 and recommends: 1. “That Report to Council CSBU 2021-20 dated March 23, 2021 re: Growth Initiatives Update from Ian Kilgour be noted and filed.” All of which is respectfully submitted.

That the Zoning By-Law Amendment application by Robert Alan Burke on behalf of Michael George Burke – Highway 11N (unaddressed) be received and

That: the City enter into a Pre-Servicing Agreement with Highland Woods Developments Inc. and Jograh Investments Ltd. in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor and City Engineer for the installation of services for Highland Woods Subdivision – Bain Drive (City File No. 48T-20104); and an execution by-law be brought forward for three (3) readings at the Regular Meeting of Council held on May 4, 2021.

That the following by-law be read a first and second time: By-Law No. 2021-45 to authorize the execution of a Subdivision Pre-Servicing Agreement with Highland Woods Developments Inc. and Jograh Investments Ltd. relating to Highland Woods Subdivision - Phase II, Bain Drive.

That the following by-law be read a third time and passed: By-Law No. 2021-45 to authorize the execution of a Subdivision Pre-Servicing Agreement with Highland Woods Developments Inc. and Jograh Investments Ltd. relating to Highland Woods Subdivision - Phase II, Bain Drive.

the COVID-19 Pandemic has been negatively impacting life in Canada and globally; And Whereas several pharmaceutical companies have created vaccines that are effective in saving lives; And Whereas the Government of Canada is responsible for supplying the Canadian Provinces with vaccines, and the Provinces are responsible for distributing the vaccines; And Whereas the Government of Canada has experienced issues in its ability to secure the per capita rate of vaccines as many other Countries have; Therefore, be it resolved that The City of North Bay ask the Government of Canada to make every effort to increase the percentage of vaccines in order for Canada to be in the top 5% per capita by August 1st, 2021; And Further that a copy of this resolution be sent to the Honourable Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Federal Minister of Health, the Honourable Anthony Rota, Speaker of the House of Commons and Member of Parliament for Nipissing-Timiskaming, the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO), and the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities (FONOM).
