That Council authorize: the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a naming rights agreement with Boart Longyear Canada granting it the exclusive rights to name Memorial Gardens the “Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens” in accordance with the terms and conditions of that agreement; the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Arena Naming Rights License Fee Sharing Agreement with the North Bay Battalion Hockey Club Ltd.; that The Corporation of the City of North Bay’s share of the License Fee be deposited as revenue to the Memorial Gardens-North Bay Battalion Account; and the by-law of the execution of the Naming Rights Agreement and the License Fee Sharing Agreement be given three (3) readings on January 27, 2025.
